How do I call for assistance?

You may call our local toll-free number at: (800) 540-5405 and press "0" which will forward you to our dispatch system.

Why do I get voice-mail when calling your dispatch system at extension "0"?

Our Call Response is for non-emergency response ONLY. During the hours of 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, you will likely be connected to dispatch center voice-mail. Please leave your name, return phone number, your location and type of problem you are reporting. Your voice-mail will immediately forward to a manager who will address your issue. Our voice-mail system also helps us to record a permanent record of your call in case a reference is required at a later time.

When can I get a live dispatch Officer?

Our Field Manager answers all calls directly between the hours of 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. This greatly reduces errors by eliminating a third person (dispatcher) from the call. You will be speaking to a manager that has intimate knowledge of our clients specifications and this significantly reduces response times for any non-emergency call request.

Who do I call if my vehicle has been towed?

Review the parking restriction signs that have been posted on your property and call the towing agency listed. The tow company will inform you of the steps to take to initiate recovery on your impounded vehicle.

Who do I call to challenge the towing of my vehicle?

Respectfully, it is your responsibility to be informed of parking violations that could result in the towing of your vehicle. If you wish to challenge the enforcement of a impounded vehicle, you must contact your Property Manager or Commercial Agent/Manager assigned to your property. Our reports are very specific and relayed to your property officials daily. Please do not call SECURTEC as we have no authorization to reverse a tow once it has taken place.
