Reporting Capabilities

As technology has evolved over the years, it has become apparent that the security and protection of information is critical. Old school was in-house servers - that could leak loads of information. Thankfully, there are standards now that rely on solid encryption methods and a little item referred to as a "cloud" storage and infrastructure.

Why is the "cloud" a better way to store information? Protection. Strong encryption and protected buildings with redundant power sources ensure information security.

With a solid foundation routed in the cloud, other reporting capabilities include:

 > Vehicle computer access for expedited report delivery

> Computer availability ensures District information confirmation

> History of prior contact or incident is immediately available

> Reports delivered via email at 6:30 am, every morning

> District staff can review or address issues before school hours
